Integrations
Send parsed data wherever your team works
Export to spreadsheets, trigger automations, or push JSON to your API — after confidence scoring and review.
Parse documents to Excel
Extract invoice, receipt, and PDF data into Excel spreadsheets automatically. AutoDocParse exports structured XLSX with confidence scores and review queues.
Learn more →Parse documents to Google Sheets
Sync parsed document data to Google Sheets automatically. AutoDocParse pushes extracted fields after review with native Sheets integration.
Learn more →Parse documents to Zapier
Connect AutoDocParse to Zapier via webhooks and API. Trigger Zaps when documents parse, review completes, or export is ready.
Learn more →Parse documents to Power Automate
Send parsed document data to Microsoft Power Automate flows. Trigger flows from AutoDocParse webhooks for SharePoint, Dynamics, and Teams.
Learn more →Parse documents to Make
Integrate AutoDocParse with Make (Integromat). Receive parsed document JSON via webhooks and route to any Make scenario.

Connect parsed documents to Excel, Sheets, Zapier, and your API
AutoDocParse integrations move structured extraction results from the review queue into the tools your team already uses. Export approved documents to Excel or Google Sheets, trigger Zapier or Make scenarios on document.completed events, or push JSON payloads to custom webhooks and Power Automate flows.
Every integration runs after confidence scoring and optional human review — so only verified data reaches your downstream systems. Configure exports per parser or route through automations for multi-step workflows like invoice approval, ERP posting, or Slack notifications.
Developers can use the REST API directly for upload, polling, and webhook registration. API keys support test (dp_test_) and live (dp_live_) modes with workspace-scoped access.
- Excel and Google Sheets — export structured fields and line items
- Zapier and Make — no-code triggers on document.completed
- Power Automate — Microsoft workflow integration
- Webhooks — signed HTTPS callbacks to any endpoint
- REST API — programmatic upload and result retrieval
Frequently asked questions
When do integrations receive data?+
By default, integrations fire after a document completes processing. If review is enabled, data is sent after a human approves low-confidence fields — or immediately for high-confidence extractions if you configure auto-approve.
Can I send data to a custom API?+
Yes. Register an HTTPS webhook endpoint on your parser or pipeline. AutoDocParse sends signed JSON payloads on document.completed, document.failed, and review.approved events.
Does AutoDocParse integrate with Zapier?+
Yes. Use the Zapier integration to trigger zaps when documents are parsed, reviewed, or exported. Connect to thousands of apps without writing code.
What export formats are available?+
JSON, CSV, XML, and XLSX. Line items can export to separate sheets in Excel. Google Sheets sync pushes approved rows directly to a connected spreadsheet.
